Yes. Chesterfield is the most populous locality in the Richmond region and most of it is a long way from downtown, so we planned coverage around the county's own corridors rather than around the city: the Midlothian Turnpike and Hull Street Road corridors, Route 288 and Chippenham, and Route 10 down through Chester. Pickup at home or at work, return to either.
Chesterfield is commuter country. A large share of the county crosses the James every morning on the Powhite, Chippenham, or I-95, and the inspection station is never on the way. The usual answer is to burn a Saturday morning at a station on Midlothian Turnpike or Hull Street, which is exactly when every other Chesterfield household has the same idea. The other usual answer is two cars and one free adult, and a lot of texting about who drives whom home from the station.
Pickup replaces both. The car leaves the driveway in Brandermill or Bon Air during a morning window, is inspected while you're at work or at home, and is back that evening or the next day. If you commute into Richmond, we can collect it from your office instead.

Two Chesterfield-specific things trip up registration renewal. Chesterfield County bills personal property tax through its Treasurer, and a delinquent bill lets the county place a DMV stop that blocks renewal on every vehicle you own. And the Powhite Parkway is a toll road: two or more unpaid toll invoices let the operator restrict your renewal too.
