You pay a flat fee for us to take your car to the shop, which includes the return trip. We book the shop, handle every call with it, and bring each decision to you. Whatever the shop does is quoted to you first and billed at exactly what the shop charges. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.

Same-day means the car is returned to you as soon as the shop is done with it. If a repair needs a part the shop can't get that day, we tell you before anything is charged and you pay the next-day rate.
You never pay the shop or talk to it. Anything the shop does is quoted to you first, approved by you line by line, and charged by Brake Spoon at exactly what the shop charges. One receipt, one card on file.
One trip fee covers everything the shop does that day. We add no markup to anything a shop or the state charges, and we take no commission from any shop.
The shop quotes a price. We send you that price. You approve it or you don't. We settle up with the shop; you pay Brake Spoon. Your receipt shows the shop's line items exactly as billed, with the trip fee as its own line. If you ever see a number on the receipt that wasn't on the quote you approved, tell us and we'll make it right.
Reschedule or cancel free from your booking page any time up to 24 hours before your pickup window. Inside 24 hours, rescheduling is $5.20 (charged to the card on file) and canceling keeps a $10 fee, with the rest refunded to your card. Within 2 hours of pickup, text or email us. Shop work is never charged unless you approved it.
