What we collect

Identity and contact details, vehicle identifiers including plate and VIN, pickup addresses, your description of what the vehicle needs, payment details held by our processor, and driver GPS traces during a service trip.

Why we collect it

To dispatch a driver, to coordinate with a shop on your behalf, and to bill you. Each category is tied to a specific operational purpose.

Who it is shared with

Repair shops and inspection stations receive only what a service visit requires: the vehicle, your description of the issue, and your approvals. We do not sell customer or vehicle data to anyone.

Retention and deletion

How long records are kept, and how to request deletion of your account and its data.

Driver location data

GPS traces exist for the duration of a service trip and its dispute window, and are used for no other purpose.
